Shraddha Kapoor also featured on the cover page of the Elle Magazine in the January 2011 issue. The Kapoor girl recently became the brand ambassador for the cosmetic giant Lakme. Though ‘Teen Patti’ didnt fare well at the Box Office her presence didn’t go unnoticed. After that she did Yash Raj Films Luv Ka The End which was praised by one and all.
The gossip bridage is abuzz about the growing intimacy between Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapoor. Reportedly‚ the two are an item these days. They’ve been bonding big time. Shraddha‚ who had a non-filmi boyfriend broke up with him quite a while back. Aditya‚ on the other hand was seeing ex-MTV veejay Rhea Chakraborty. Five months back‚ she was shopping with his credit card at a suburban mall in Mumbai. God knows what’s happened but they’ve surely broken up. Shraddha’s the new girl in his life. Insiders say it was instant attraction between Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya. Someone even chuckled that if the two decide to get married‚ Shraddha Kapoor won’t have to change her surname. But she is not married yet.
Shraddha Kapoor did her schooling at Jamnabai Narsee School in Juhu and then enrolled at Boston University‚ taking up theatre studies. She quit during her freshman year in order to pursue acting. As a young girl she knew that acting was in her blood. She took up theatre studies during her high school in Boston. She later learnt diction and acting under Mohit Tugnait at home. For Teen Patti‚ she did workshops with Royston Abel and Barry John along with the numerous script readings and group meetings with the director Leena Yadav.
After a super successful hit of 'Aashiqui 2' Shraddha is on cloud nine. The actress is appreciated by one and all wherever she goes. And interestingly, wherever Shraddha goes she has been recognized as 'Arohi', her screen name in the film.
Recently, the pretty actress was spotted at Mumbai airport. An airport official saw the actress and instantly addressed her as Arohi instead of her real name.Shraddha was glad that her fans have loved her character so much. She feels that she is blessed with such good fans. It's very rarely seen that the actors are known by their screen names even after the release of the film. Said her spokesperson, "Shraddha is enjoying the current space she is in. Arohi, her character is well received by all. For her this film will be indeed special.Being one of the few to be known from her screen name, the daughter of Shakti Kapoor is really happy for all the response she is receiving.
