Kat Kaif Team up With Saif, Harman Against Domestic Violence

Saif Ali Khan, Katrina Kaif and Harman Baweja have combined their star power to stand up for violence against women. The actors took time off their busy schedules to take the platform in support of victims of violence.

Katrina said that while she hadn't experienced domestic violence, the problem was rampant. "What needs to be understood is that one doesn't have to tolerate violence," she said.
Katrina has plenty of reason to be inspired to take up a cause like this - six sisters and a mother. "I have a good example to follow in my mother, who has always been into charities for children and women's projects," she said.

Talking of her siblings, she said: "They are all so strong. They won't accept if someone even raises their voice."

And speaking of a role model, Saif had an interesting take on whether he would like to play the villain of the piece on screen. "I don't think it's a role I would be very happy to play or offer to someone," he said.

"As far as offering a role to a lady who would be beaten up is concerned, there will have to be redemption. So we will end up making something like Kill Bill, which anyone would be happy to play," he said to a loud applause.
