Katrina Kaif on the sets of ‘Bigg Boss 4′
The beautiful “Sheela” from ‘Tees Maar Khan’, Katrina Kaif is all set to enter Bigg Boss to promote the film in which she gets back with Akshay kumar after not working with him for so long though their pair was much sought after at a time.
The pair is back together in Farah Khan’s Tees Maar Khan and both are busy making waves by coming to evry other show on the small screen these days. But the million dollar question remains whether Salmaan Khan will be merciful enough to the viewers by coming inside the Bigg Boss house with her.
Katrina's hat-trick On Google With Salman Khan
They may not be a couple anymore, but Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan are still together, so what if only on Google's most-searched list. The two topped the search engine's annual list of the most popular celebrities on the Internet in 2010.
Kat, who was also the most-searched celebrity during the last two years, retained the top spot, with Salman Khan bagging the second place. The results are not surprising, while Kat's item song Sheila Ki Jawaani, has become quite the rage, Salman delivered the biggest hit of the year, inDabangg.
"It's a wonderful thing to be connected to your audience. As an actor, it's always encouraging to know you are on people's minds," says Kat.
The Google Zeitgeist India 2010 list is based on search queries that show most popular searches among Indians on the net. Sallu's co-star from Dabangg, Sonakshi Sinha, bagged the top spot on the fastest-rising Bollywood celebrity list. "It's a great feeling. Too much is happening too soon, and it is a bit overwhelming, but I am trying to take everything in stride. I am happy that I have been accepted and appreciated. What more can a newcomer ask for?" says Sinha.
Vinay Goel from Google India says, "Katrina bagging the top slot was not a surprise. Ranbir Kapoor, who is on the ninth spot - ahead of Number 10, Shah Rukh Khan - has made an impressive entry. Hrithik Roshan on number seven is also a change as he was not on the list last year."
While Kat tops the list of popular celebrity image searches too, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan comes a close second. Surprisingly, South Indian actor Namitha is in the sixth place, ahead of Sachin Tendulkar and Bollywood star, Shahid Kapoor! Even though it has been four years since they got hitched, wedding pictures of Abhi-Ash are the ninth most searched in the image list.

Katrina's boldest scene ever?
With Sheila Ki Jawani, Katrina Kaif has showcased a rarely seen avatar -- her sexy side. Though she has looked utterly delightful and ravishing in most of her films, she has never quite crossed the line and has been conservative in her dressing sense.
Katrina Kaif and Akshay Kumar on the Cover of Filmfare
Katrina Kaif and her constant co-star Akshay Kumar are busy promoting their upcoming film Tees Maar Khan and they had the honor of gracing the cover of Filmfare's special Tees Maar Khan edition!
Dressed in a maroon colored tube gown, Kat looks glitzy and glam, while Akshay looks very sleek and smart in his grey suit. The popular jodi is hoping for another success at the box-office but only time will tell if they have another hit on their hand.
Tees Maar Khan is directed by Farah Khan and produced by Twinkle Khanna, Shirish Kunder and Ronnie Screwvala. The action comedy also stars Akshaye Khanna, Raghu Ram, Rajiv Laxman and Arya Babbar.
The flick that releases on December 24 tells the story of Tabrez Mirza Khan, or TMK, an international conman described as a half Robin Hood because he steals from the rich without giving anything to the poor. Anil Kapoor and Salman Khan make guest appearances and Sanjay Dutt plays the role of Sutradhaar, the narrator.
Tees Maar Khan's Sheila At Juhu Beach
Mumbai's public certainly hadn't as they crowded around the stage at Juhu Beach where a mind-blowing beach party was thrown by Provogue (fashion partner for the film) for Tees Maar Khan.
But hold on! Before Katrina Kaif could turn on the magic, there was a lot more to look forward to. Sonu Nigam's rendition of the film's title track in not one, or two, but 54 voices was just one of them! While Rajeev and Raghu kept the audience in splits with their emceeing, Kamal Khan mesmerised them with his Qawali song Wallah Wallah. And then came the moment everyone had been waiting for.
The sexy Kat stepped on the stage dressed in a lehnga-choli and blew the crowd's mind away as she gyrated on the hottest track of the season. So was it possible to keep Akshay Kumar away? Akki joined her on stage and the couple rocked the evening with Sheila Ki Jawani and also performed on the title track. Farah Khan couldn't stop smiling as the crowd cheered and clapped for the sexy pair.
The evening came to an end on a happy note as Abhijeet Sawant and Debojit performed on the song Happy Ending. With Provogue hosting the grand bash, this was bound to be one rocking party!
Katrina Kaif does an Aishwarya Rai with Sheila Ki Jawani
How often have we pitted Aishwarya Rai against Katrina Kaif? But finally the two actresses have got some commonality.
In fact, Katrina Kaif’s item act of ‘Sheila Ki Jawani’ in the film ‘Tees Maar Khan’ is quite reminiscent of Aishwarya’s ‘Dhoom 2’ days.
Aishwarya had trimmed up her body and shed some pounds to look like a million buck bombshell in ‘Dhoom 2’ where she sizzled in her size zero avatar. She also scorched the silver screen in the item song ‘Krazy Kiya Re’ which burned the floors on all the discotheques.
Now Katrina, too, seems to have trodden on her arch rival’s path. After all, how longer could she keep her sexiness suppressed! Once Farah Khan was on the helm of affairs, it was only a matter of time that she would explore the sex quotient of Katrina. After all, don’t forget, it was Farah who had ripped open Shahrukh Khan’s shirt in ‘Om Shanti Om’.
Now, Katrina had to slim herself up and drop her clothes, inhibitions as well as weight for the scintillating number ‘Sheila Ki Jawani’ which is earning rave reviews from both critics and masses. Katrina is the latest siren to have gone the size zero way.
It is to be seen if she can make the nation as ‘Krazy’ as Aish had done!
