Speaking about her association the brand NIVEA, Anushka said, “It has been amazing because the fact that you are encouraging women to be themselves and be confident is something that I completely vouch for.” She further added, “And am all for being confident and doing exactly what you want to do whether it is the clothes you wear or how you express yourself.”
Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma flaunted her back as she unveiled Flaunt Your Back contest organized by cosmetic company Nivea in in Mumbai, on Friday.
The 25-year-old actress, who acted opposite Shah Rukh Khan in "Jab Tak Hai Jaan", looked stunning in a blue dress with a slit that revealed her thigh, looking like the one worn by Hollywood actress Anglina Jolie at an award function a few years ago. She also walked the ramp as part of the show even as the contestants cheered on.
"One must be able to wear whatever you want to wear, whether it is backless or any other outfit," ANI quoted her as saying, adding that one should be confident and that "confidence comes from having an even tone skin."
Talking about her association with Nivea, she told reporters at the event: "It has been amazing because the fact that you are encouraging women to be themselves and be confident is something that I completely vouch for."

Anushka Sharma made her acting debut in 2008 through Aditya Chopra's "Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi" opposite Shah Rukh Khan and went on to do films like "Badmaash Company", "Band Baaja Baaraat", "Patiala House", "Ladies vs Ricky Bahl" and "Jab Tak Hai Jaan".
